Important COVID-19 Update
We continue to actively monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) and continue to implement (and update) the necessary steps to ensure our office staff and employees remain safe and conduct our work in a manner that will keep you safe, while acknowledging we must continue to deliver our usual services and customer care at the highest level.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may invariably cause you. As a result of the province’s re-tightening of restrictions since it originally moved to Phase 3 of its Restart Plan sometime last year, until further notice we will not be offering interior window cleaning services of any kind, or services that require us to enter a building or enclosed structure (or space) of any kind; i.e., we’re placing a temporary moratorium on anything that requires interior access. However, if you have interior window cleaning (or other work canceled as a result of us not being able to enter a building) previously scheduled that has since been canceled as a result of this temporary moratorium we would be happy to reschedule this cleaning for you at a later date, once it’s safe to do so.
In an effort to mitigate any potential risk to our employees, we would ask you to avoid any personal contact with our technician(s) while they are working on your property; we have asked them to follow the same precautions in an effort to avoid exposing you to any unnecessary risk.
Moreover, while payment can still be made by credit card, Interac e-Transfer, or by cheque, please REFRAIN from handing our technician a cheque; postal mail is preferred, and as usual NO cash payments will be accepted.
